Your pet's name will be added to our Memorial Wall, and your gift will be dedicated in their honor to a rescue animal receiving care.

A note on tax deductibility
ZU1 Foundation NP is a nonprofit organization registered in the State of Illinois with a pending IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status application. Once our exemption is officially awarded, all donations made during the pending period — including your memorial gift — will be retroactively tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We encourage you to consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility in the interim.
